Hi, I could just really some help with ideas from anyone going through the same thing! Before my surgery, 2 years ago, I had such thick and curly hair. So when I went through the normal post-surgery thinning time at 6-9 months I initially thought it was great. Then over time my hair got a little thicker and I was encouraged. The problem is that it has stopped and is has not fully grown in as thick as it was and every time I have any out of the ordinary stress I start getting the thinning, as well as breakage, again. It is so terrible! There has to be something I"m either not eating or drinking enough of or something! Any suggestions welcome, please! I am so thankful to have had the surgery and to be healthy, but it would be great to have my hair back as well! Thanks, Sandra

Sorry to say that the same thing is happening to me. I take biotin every day and eat protein, but I still have thin hair and have just gone through a period when it was literally coming out in handfuls again just like early out. I have no answers so hope someone else does.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one! I take biotin and biosil as well as, vitamin E. I knowso many other people who have had surgery and have had little or no change at all and I wi**** were the same for me. I keep thinking I just must be deficient in some vitamin or mineral.

Hi, I ,too, have the thick, curly hair before surgery and I saved money on getting it thinned out when I went throught the 6-9 monthe thing! But now I am almost at 2 years out and it has grown back thick again....but my trouble is it is soo curly and frizzy!! I have tried every kind of shampoo, conditioner, straightener, there is!!! My beautician even mentioned a perm to straighten it out....that kinda scares me?!

you need to get a product called "Chi" it's wonderful and really makes my curls look shiney and fabulous. I've got wicked curly hair and I just rock it now because this is the hair that I was given and i'm not doing anything else to stress out these follicles. ANDI

My hair is also more frizzy. That is so great that your hair is now thick again!!!
