Calorie count info

I DID NOT REALIZE THAT EACH WEEK CALORIES HAD TO DROP AS WEIGHT DID IN ORDER TO KEEP LOSING...

So for those who have stopped losing, maybe this is what we need to do. Some advise upping calories, so as not to go into 'starvation mode', but for me if I do that I gain. Maybe I need to drop even more - or burn up more calories...

I am a mess right now. what was working for 2 years is simply not working anymore.
not that I am getting into the contraband. but that I am dumping on stuff that I should not have a problem with. so now I have to completely restart. no more cream of wheat, no more chicken.. very strange but I do not think that my calories are in sync either. I know that I am dehydrated, I need a hard reboot
