Creamy Salad Dressing 8 Servings This delicious and easy soy-based dressing can stand head to head with everyone's favorite - ranch dressing. Look for silken tofu in shelf-stable cardboard containers. It has a different texture than regular tofu and is good for dressings and desserts. This dressing is good on a tossed green salad (remember to pick dark green salad greens), but equally at home on a baked potato or as a dip for raw vegetables. Add a bit of fragrant bleu cheese if you like. Ingredients: 6 ounces silken tofu (or soft tofu, drained) 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon canola oil 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 tablespoon chopped fre****alian parsley 1 clove garlic, chopped 1 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a blender container. Blend until well mixed. Nutritional Information: Per serving: 33 calories 3 g total fat (0 g sat) 0 mg cholesterol 1 g carbohydrate 2 g protein 0 g fiber 134 mg sodium - Recipe from DrWeil.com.

Hi Ruth that sounds great! yes, I have closed my store ( I have been working out of another smaller one, but am moving out of that one this week) and am moving between May and June... We have so much to do, I'm not sure when I will open another one yet? I just had my arms and breasts done 5 weeks ago and love it! next year my legs are getting done... and I have to say I lost so slowly in the beginning, I now am about 116lbs I can not explain it, they did not take that much skin off my arms.. I eat pretty much what I want now just not to drop anymore? sometimes I think this surgery has no rhyme or reason...

Have you posted pics of your new figure yet? My, you must be looking stunning now. Was it very painful having breast and arms done at the same time? Are you pleased with the results? Are you fully recovered now? Do you mind me asking how much you paid for surgeries? If I want to have anything done I'm probably going to have to self pay and am thinking of coming over to the States for it at some point.
