Gym Update
So I've had my two inductions now - there is this one machine called the Wave...oh my goodness, I can only do a minute on it!! It is a killer. Anyone heard of it?
So now they give me a few weeks to get used to the machines and then I can book to have a personal trainer to work with me for a one on one session to devise a plan for me.
I'm really glad I've done this, but still feel very extravagent spending that money just on me. I've always had that problem, I'll spend any amount on DH and DD, but not on me. Having wls was the first step of putting me first for a change, and this is all part of my journey.
Anyway, they have also got this machine called the Power Plate - you do your exercises on it while it vibrates and it's supposed to intensify your workout? Any one heard of that one?
I'm going to try and make the most of my initial enthusiasm, as I get bored very quickly. Maybe if I see results it will give me the incentive to keep going. I'm going to work on building up muscle and being able to run at least a mile, hopefully more!! Watch this space...
