Tuesday Food
Hi everyone
Breakfast -
1 cup special k cereal - dry
Snacks throughout the day -
5 cookies
several sugar free candies - 7 calories each
TSP honey crunch (will post recipe separately) - 2 tablespoons on 1 spoon ice-cream
Lunch -
baby leaf salad
cucumber
spring onions
chicken
Dinner -
Bacon/mushroom & tomato/basil/mozrella sauce
May munch on some more honey crunch later to get some more protein in.
Goal for tomorrow - more protein, less carbs.
Ok...let's see...might be a long one...hee, hee
Breakfast: Whole grain muffin with cream cheese
Lunch: 1/2 chicken quesadilla/ 1 meatball
Snack: licorice- 5 pieces
Dinner: Salad w/chicken, few bites of chili, glass of wine
Snacks: soy crisps, weigh****chers ice cream x2 (oops!)
Those late night snacks get me everytime!

My goodness, you guys don't eat very much! Here was my Tuesday:
Breakfast: Special K Protein Plus cereal with raisins and skim milk, banana
Snack: string cheese, Danon Light & Fit yogurt with 1/4 cup granola
Lunch: 1/2 a ham and cheese sandwich on whole wheat, orange, 8 sun chips
Snack: one cookie (eeeks!)
Dinner: spaghetti made with Barilla Plus noodles and ground turkey
Snack: Clif bar
I also put in 45 minutes on the elliptical and then ran 1.50 miles.
