Food - Sunday
Hi Everyone. How has your weekend been? Yay - picking up DH from the airport tonight. He's been away since Tuesday morning. Here is my day ~
Breakfast -
1 cup (1/2 portion) of special K sustain cereal with 2% milk
1 slice toast with peanut butter
Snack -
cup cake - they are all gone now, thankgoodness. They are NOT coming back into the house (mindyou, they are only 150 cals, but are empty calories)
Lunch -
Small Starbucks vanilla latte
Raisin danish
Snack -
grapes - been popping one into my mouth each time I go into the kitchen
Dinner -
will be tuna salad, or tuna on a slice of toast.
I will also have another latte before the day is ended (at the airport)
Back to work tomorrow - have bought a chicken to roast and take to work for lunches with salad. Now if I can keep away from the cookies we have there, I should do better than I have at home.
