B - 1 cup special k sustain with added protien & 2% milk S - small apple with spoon of peanut butter - I had another hypo again - no idea why L - chinese buffet!!! Not as bad as it sounds - I only had 1/2 cup pork, 1/2 cup rice, 1 small shredded duck pancake and 3 prawn crackers S - cup cake - those darn things, I'll be glad when they've gone. D - 1 slice toast with tuna on top. That's it for today - if I can make myself, I'll have a protein shake tonight, but I'm not counting on it. Thanks for letting me do this - it has really helped me start thinking about what's going on my mouth and being accountable. How did your day go?

breakfast: roasted garbanzo beans (whole can or 3.5 points) Lunch: fast food burger with onions and pickles no bread (4 points) dinner: toasted light english muffin, pickles and a veggie burger with ketchup and (2) servings of potato chips, not in one sitting but over the course of the evening and 2 cookies and some salad and gardienera carrots snacks were OUT of control: cookie dough, a few handfuls of fries with lunch time to get myself back on the band wagon and rock this tool!
