Chain Gang Check-In
Hi everyone
How has your week gone? I've been working very hard at my weight loss this week - each evening I've reviewed my day - the good the bad and the ugly and tried to build on all of it, then made a plan for the next day. It's been working well and suits me.

Woohoo I'm going down again. So I rewarded myself by going to a jewellry sale and bought myself 2 necklaces! Before wls I woudl have rewarded myself with food - not any more

i gained this week, i'm so bummed. I know that i let myself get carried away when my mother in law passed away but i did well this week. I'm going to start writing down what and when I eat so maybe i can tweak it a bit. I danced twice this week and love it. I'm so sore today. I have made some poor choices in the last few days but i'm moving forward. Hugs, ANDI

sorry to hear about the gain. BUT you are doing exactly the right thing and learning from each day. Each day is a stepping stone to the next and it takes us on our journey to where we want to go. If we don't learn from our experiences, they are wasted. Build upon what we have experienced and we build ourselves a firm foundation on which to travel.
i'm sorry to hear about the gain as well! It's hard when you do the weigh in at night because you've eaten/drank all day and what not. I'm hoping to poop this week before going that hasn't been the case this past week. I also need to keep a diary of what i'm eating and what works and what doesn't for me. It's a bumpy road i walk but at least i don't walk it alone. ANDI
