PMA's
I need some positive mental attitude in my life right now, so I'm posting this (hopefully with Andi's ok) with a twist...
Normally I think of positive things I HAVE done, but this time I am going to put postive things I am GOING to do
1. I am going to exercise in some way (even if it's small) every day
2. I am going to tame the carb cravings that have been haunting me all this last week - I am going to resist the cravings and only eat planned snacks
3. I am going to regard myself in high esteeme when I look in the mirror and realise that my self image is distorted
I am going to stop stressing about every little thing that could come up in the next 6 months and worry about the next 6 minutes.
I am going to relax and enjoy each day instead of worrying about how many chores I have got to get done.
I am going to giggle at least once a day.
I am going to lay off the junk food. I promise. (if it is home made from scratch, is it really junk?
ahhh man i have missed these! It's always ok with me if anyone wants to do these!
1. This week I am going to stick with my healthy eating plan, set up for me by my doctor
2. this week i'm going to order everything i need to get my sons bar mitzvah rocking and rolling
3. I am going to buy my size clothing and not buy bigger and ask my tailor to take it in because im afraid to buy the real size and I need pants i'm freezing
