Well here we are on the eve of the new year. I hope this message finds you all well and heading into a great new and wonderful year. My prayers are with you all for a new year full of great new adventures, goals met, and times to cherish forever. Luv you all and this past year has been an amazing ride, one that I could not have done without all of you and your support through out the year. Be well and I will see you next year. Carla

Right back at ya, Carla! Best wishes for the BEST YEAR EVER! I've fallen off track at the gym since we were out of town, holidays, etc. So, back at it for me. Plus, I need to get control of some bad eating habits that I've developed lately. So I'm planning a major "back on track" plan for this week! Hopefully this new year will find us all healthy, happy, and really motivated! Deanna

I want to wish everyone a productive new year. I hope to accept myself the way that I am, especially the way that I look because I am probably stuck with what I have for a while. I am hoping that with new knees, I will be able to get more active than I have been because that has been my goal from the beginning. The bypass was done only to get more active, now total knee replacement for the same reason. Who would have thought that it would take so much surgery to get out walking in the woods? I won't be around for a while I guess, the recovery for this surgery is brutal I hear, so I anticipate that I won't be posting for a while... Holly

Hugs, Holly Know that I will be thinking of you, even if you aren't on the board posting. Try to get back to us as soon as you can, rest and recover and be kind to yourself. Looking forward to hearing how dramatic your recovery and new life is. Hopefully for you this will be the end of a long journey.

Holly, G*D be with you through this surgery and through the recovery! I don't believe it's going to be as bad as you think it is. Because you are younger then the usual knee replacement candidate I think you'll have an easier time and also because you're no longer the Incredible Bulk that you were it'll be easier to get to the knee and do what they have to do. I hope you'll have someone keep us posted on your recovery or at least come on here once and tell us that you are ok, we'll keep praying for you no matter what though. Holly, may your surgery and recovery be quick, uneventful and a bit boring! Will you email me your address so I can send you stuff that might make you laugh? ANDI

Happy New Year back to you all. Sorry this is late - I was in the air at midnight, new years eve and then our laptop got stolen so this is my first oportunity to get back on the board - I feel lost without it (how sad am I!!!) Here's to a year that brings all that you all that you want it to and a continued walk into freedom and life in all it's fullness.
