my husband got a bug and decided to buy a new video camera and then to convert all of our old videos from the last 10 years to digital and make DVD's Bless his Heart. (for those of you TRUE southern'ers... you know...) he was shocked at just how big I was now that he has completely forgotten. ;) I personally could have done without them, and fortunately I am 90% behind the camera, so there is very little footage of my gi-normous derrière. now I am still in the process of scanning and digitally archiving all my film still images from the past, what a depressing process. there is a reason that I was always behind the camera.

It is funny how soon everyone forgets that we were THAT fat. My daughter and I were in a group and someone decided to compare driver's license pictures because they are notoriously badly taken. I brought mine out and the room went dead... "We didn't remember that you were that LARGE" I think that people who see us every day just don't really 'see' us, if that makes sense.

I've got before and after pictures up in my office and whenever people see them they ALWAYS say you were never that big were you and can't really believe it, even though they knew me then and now. I even look at my old pictures and can't believe that's how I looked - I never thought I did at the time.

That is soooo true, my husband does not remember me being that big, even though he married me "that big"...LOL I keep my old picture in my store to remind me, not to eat badly...LOL and when people comment on how I can't understand because I'm "petite"... (I sell clothes)...LOL I show them my picture and they about faint...LOL
