I am. I am trying to be 'upbeat' with my current clients, but know that my days are numbered and that is hard to do. no one wants to make a long term commitment with someone that will not 'be there' in 6 months to a year. this house has so many issues, but I have to keep telling myself, it is a starter house and so there are many that do not want to expense of a 'new house' and so they are not expecting as much. but I am a perfectionist and so it bugs me when I do a daily walk through and know that there are so many things that need to be 'done' 7 months to go.

Do you have things organised for your new home yet? Is it Norway you are moving to? I hate selling - having strangers wandering through my home. And I, like you am a perfectionist and assume the things I see is what eveyrone else sees - it's very stressful trying to be a 'show home' constantly isnt' it. Hope it goes smoothly for you and not too stressful.

with my current situation, work is #1 until January 1. and since I work from home, all my clients come in daily and so that part I am used to. every morning I go through and clean up and get ready for the day. but we will not be putting the house on the market until January 1, and then it will be the priority. so other than de-cluttering the stuff that we do not want, and putting that in the garage, we are not doing anything but keeping it clean for now. we are watching the norway housing market and the inflation will be insane, but we are slowly getting use to it.

Awwww Andi How sad. For you and for the deer. Are you okay? It can be a pretty traumatic thing to hit an animal. Up north in Yukon when someone hit a caribou, it often meant that everyone was killed, I hope that you are physically well.
