Pre-op: 363.5 Last week 149 This week 146 Loss this week 3 lbs. Total weight loss 217.5 I was not looking to lose anymore weight but have been sick the past week.....but I will take the loss. Now to try to maintain. Kel

Hello Kel Thanks for starting this thread, life has been hectic for me lately!! Anyway, on Saturday I was: Pre-op ~ 266 Last week ~ 169 This week ~ 164 Total loss 102!!!

Not much happening here... Pre-op: 265.6 Last week: 165.5 This week: 165.5 Although I did start (again) the 5 day plan yesterday so we will see what happens. Trish
