Hi Andi!!!
This morning I really didn't feel like eating, so I had another protein shake. Then for lunch I had tuna fi****hink for dinner I'll be having some canned chicken. Maybe another shake in there somewhere... I had really stopped drinking the protein, this has reminded me just how much it really does help me.
I know that new puppy feeling lol! I've been living in the bathroom!

dear mother of G*D i'm hungry and I need to chew something. I was fine until i started walking (1.80 miles) and now i am dizzy and mentally confused (not that it's new but it bothers me today) i just downed a protein drink and I have to make dinner for the family.....those lucky bass tards get to chew something. I now know why i hated the liquid portion of this diet BLECH shoot me now. Grumpily Yours, Piddles
I'm on day one with Ruthy. I did pretty well at work but now that i'm home i feel rather hellish like i want some serious snacks but i haven't weakened thus far! I would go for a walk but i can't be that far from a bathroom, same with going to the gym (who am I kidding here i'm not going to the gym!). I must not be that addicted to carbs because i don't have a headache, cramping or dizziness that requires me to have Emergen-C on the other hand i did get in all my vitamins this morning. Wish me luck kids, this isn't that easy! ANDI
