Hello, I just wanted to let you know that I just checked my BMI on the calculator and I am down to 27.2 from 45.1!!!! I am only moderately overweight as opposed to being extremely obese now. Somehow when you put it in that perspective moderately overweight doesn't sound so bad. Take care. Amy
