just 5 lbs... I loose it, it finds me, I loose it, it finds me. same 5 lbs over and over and over each month. driving me insane. today AF is here and so is that same *$&!*$&!*$&!*$&! 5lbs. last night went to a nice concert, www.visionsofatlantis.com opened and I really liked them, http://www.epica.nl/ were okay, but too much growling. a couple of weeks ago, we went to see/hear http://www.leaveseyes.com/ and they were really good, but completely were blown away by http://www.kamelot.com now I am checking out a couple of new recommendations, http://www.sonataarctica.info as well as http://www.mortenveland.com/sirenia/ and http://www.tristania.com/, each have at least two songs on their latest cd's that I like. so I am sure that they will grow on me. as for food. breakfast, I had a muffin, lunch, a bowl of chicken noodle soup, after noon snack a bunch of Kettle Chips, and dinner was single corn hard shell taco with beef. boring but no getting sick.

Ruth, It's so funny that you mention soup and everyone else seems to like the idea as well. I just pulled out the old Weigh****chers recipe for garden vegetable soup that had 0 points and was thinking of making it. Also, they had a beef w/barley soup that looked good too! Since I am off from work for a few weeks I may just make some. I am not used to having so much time on my hands. We went apple/pumpkin picking this weekend and I think I will bake an apple pie for the family. Of course, I'll only have a sliver, lol. Amy

Ruth, I will post the recipies on a seperate spot. I really would like to try the cabbage and bean soup but am afraid that I won't be able to be around people if you know what I mean. It sure sounds good though. Amy
