Wednsday warblings
Hi all
so we're in the middle of the week - how's it going? I've had ups and downs - very stressful weekend and first part of the week, looks like it is beginning to improve now thankfully.
I hit the cookies big time on Monday, realised what I was doing and reigned back in on Tuesday. Today I'm pleased with how I've eaten.
How are you going to get through the rest of the week? What works for me is planning - planning meals and planning snacks, rather than waiting til I've just walked in the door and ravishly hungry and look to see what I can prepare quickly.
I plan out all my meals for the entire week when I go shopping on fridays. We eat a lot of fruit and salads so I have to go shopping at least once a week. I never eat this well before and I love it.. now I go to the store thinking.. ahhh.. a nice chicken salad for tuesday is good.. works great for me and I dont buy junk food.. except the ice cream of course.

this week seems to be up for interpretation! I don't feel well and my eating is reflecting that. I or we have gone out and have to go out every single evening this week so i'm eating on the fly, it's killing me! I need to utilize the crock pot but really it's like 90 degrees here and I dont' want to. ANDI
Hi everyone!
I'm sick with a small cold this week which is making my food choices kind of poor. Nothing sounds good to eat so I'm not making the wisest decisions! I'm still going to the gym though because I know if I get out of my routine, it makes it harder for me to go back.
I'm also waiting til payday, which isn't until Monday ... which means there are slim pickings in my cupboards and fridge. I have my dinners planned out until then but breakfasts and lunches are up in the air.
