Plastic Surgery Last Monday

I was just as surprised about the blood as you were. He told me that during the LBL you lose a lot of blood, probably due to the extent of the incision. He said there was a possibility that I wouldn't need it but he had to let me know and have me sign a consent. It was a possibility during the TT, but I didn't need it. You should be able to get up and around by Halloween. I don't know if you ever had a C-Section but it doesn't hurt nearly as much as that did, but I think I have a pretty good pain tolerance. Even with this surgery I really only needed pain meds because my back was so sore from lying in bed for so long. The surgery itself wasn't too bad. Good luck with your surgery, I know you'll do fine.
