A bit late, but here it is... This Week: 169 I stayed the same as last week - have been around between 169 and 174 like crazy since May grrrrrr. BUT the good news is that it does come back down after going up, so I'm taking that as a positive. Have a good one guys

Still at 122 which is a good thing... I worry about loosing more and I worry about gaining so I have had a few weeks now at maintaining my weight within a 4 pound range.. that makes me happy.. Have a great one all and congrats on all your success.. Carla

Darn scales! 189 this week ,know what i am doing wrong the last couple of nights.eating supper waaay too late!!!

This week - 141.4 seems to be the norm. I started running a few mornings a week and cut back on the carbs again, stopped eating full portions.. so the weight is comign back off...and amazingly, I think the skin is tightening up a bit... I leave for Hawaii in 8 days... so very excited for that. Jess

Hi Jess! I'm so glad to see you are a runner too! I love running! My fitness coach has me on a new plan where I run 4 times a week, do spin class twice a week, and a group weight lifting class twice a week. I usually run on the treadmill during the week and now he wants me to go out on Sunday mornings on the road for a long run. I've done several 5K runs and I just did my first 10K ... I love it! Have you done any races? If not, you should seriously do it! I absolutely love doing it because there are people of all sizes and abilities there. I don't feel weird at all! And it gives me this huge boost of confidence to know I can do it! Deanna

I have to get my labs done nest week and an EKG, then If everything is ok I will go to the hospital the day before and register and see the doctor that same day.
