Body Shift
Has anyone else expierenced a shift in your body...it seems that my body is changing for the WORST! Call me crazy but everything is moving to my stomach area. It seems as all my leftover skin and fat is just graviting there. As a fat girl I was pretty well proportioned and lost the weight and remained pretty proportioned but now it seems as though my stomach area is so much bigger, looser and more saggy than the rest.
Remember, I exercise 4 days a week with a trainer and remain pretty active...I have mentioned this to them and they just say sometimes that happens. Yuk! I only have 10lbs more to lose and don't think it's gonna all come off around my middle but it sure feels like it should.

Hey Trish! I guess my body and I have an agreement, i won't look at it too critically and it'll keep on working well! These breasts have nursed (3) kids they've had gallons of tears shed into them and have lost some critical weight: they aren't going to be young and perky anymore, in a good bra they look rather nice. This gut of mine has carried around (4) children; my pregnancy has nourished them until their time was up and they had to leave, i'm not going to have rock hard abs but i will have the pleasure of being called mom .... sometimes unrelentlessly but it is what it is. In a good pair of Spanx or the knock off brand Assets from Target my belly will look mildy rounded and not bloated fish guts big!
I like to middle eastern dance, a woman is considered beautiful and womanly with bigger hips and a lush tush, GOT IT! I'll have surgery on the parts that are making me crazy and I'm going to ignore the rest. Keep it in perspective.

Everywhere else is getting skinny (dare I even say the word for the first time in my life - relating to me that is ), but my belly - well, let's just say I would make a FANTASTIC belly dancer hee hee. Maybe I'll fly over to join you one day Andi

Well they say we loose so fast that our body just hanks it from where ever. Than we go through a period where the body puts things back where they should be and we have shifts. I feel like I am shifting to my tummy as well.. I wi**** would shift to my boos and butt which have nothing there..lol...
With all that training you are probably developing a six pack so it is firming up. its not getting bigger just tighter.. have faith it will all work out..
