WDY Eat - Tues?

L - Tuna
S - 5 crackers
S - Greek yogurt with frozen raspberries & drizzle of honey
bite of cheese
not hungry tonight, but may have some bortellini bean & cabbage soup
Why dont we lose if we dont eat enough? It worked when we were first out, what changed? Surely the calories in v calories out should still work?
I don't believe in calories in versus calories out anymore...if it were true we would all be losing...none of us are eating enough to gain weight at this point....I think our bodies are just still really confused.
