Anyone go off their diet and how to get back on?
You probably don't want to hear this, but you know the rules - stick to them! Make wise choices (easier said than done!), dont' beat yoruself up about the poor choices and rememeber that each day is a new start. If you mess up one day, dont try and make up for it the next day, as you'll end up yoyo eating, just put it behind you and start afresh.
Take a long hard look at why you are eating - only you can answer that. If you need help with the answers you find, get help.
