WDY Eat - Fri?
B-- protein shake
S-- piece of crustless quiche
L-- 1/2 ham and cheese sandwich on whole wheat, 1/2 serving Sun Chips, 1 nectarine
S-- a small handful of chocolate chips (ugh, what was I thinking? They didn't even taste that great!)
D-- I'm going to eat a piece of whole wheat toast with peanut butter a couple hours before going to the gym to run ... I can't eat a full dinner before I run. After the gym, I don't know what I'll eat! It's a weird schedule for me! By the time I get home, it will be late but I know I have to eat something ... the key is to make wise choices instead of wolfing down the first thing I see!

A weird day. I went out for lunch with my daughter and the selection was limited so I had a quesidilla and it was hard to put into fitday.
I usually have some candies with maltitol when I haven't had a movement for a while, so I did that today and I put in the equivalent into fitday but I know that it probably isnt right but close.
