Here is my day! Can you tell I LOVE carbs? B: Coffee / Acai bowl S: 1 oz roast beef L: Shrimp curry S: pita chips / hummus D: baked ziti w/ whole wheat pasta/ground turkey LNS: ice cream Totals: Cal: 1521 Carbs: 197 Fat: 49 Protein: 64 Way too many carbs! Plus I drank zero yesterday!
