WDY Eat - Wed?
Hectic and BAD day today - and as usual my eating suffers...I know it, and I know I need to change it.
B - slice toast with peanut butter
L - plum
S - danish pastry
S - pack of candy
S - 100 cal pack chips
S - 1oz cheese
D - large bowl of home made soup - very wholesome and 'good' packed with nutrients
Hope you all did better than I did!

B cottage cheese
S banana
L beef jerky
D bbq ribs and two asparagus spears
and of course popcorn tonight. I think it helps me to know that I can have one snack tonight. If I say that I won't it makes me want something else. I am taking the kids out for icecream tonight and I will get a latte... mmmm delicious lattes, thank you!

I don't think you are eating as bad as you think...try putting it into fitday or sparkpeople or somewhere and calculate the calories/protein. I thought I was eating way too much, and did this and found out was not eating enough calories (but did confirm that I eat way too less protein that I already knew!!).
Give it a try and you might be surprised
