It's a holiday...we were swimming all day and just grabbed stuff today.
Yesterday was way lower than usual. I came out in fitday at 764 calories but 78 for protein and 38 carbs and minimum fat.
Ruth I don't think that you are eating enough. Have you looked at the day totals on the graduate site? They are eating way more than you are. Granted they may be at goal, but I think that the one problem that I have struggled with is eating the right amount. There seems to only be a small window of calories for me, too little means that I don't lose and too much means that I don't lose. I am struggling to find the right spot.
Hey Holly
You know, until you pointed that out the other day that I might be too low on cals it never even occurred to me - I imagined that I was eating way too much which is what accounted for not losing. But after readign that, I have been logging it all onto fitday - beign generous in my portions as well and it shows I'm having an average of 1000 cals per day. Much less than I thought.
I do know I dont' eat enough protein and far too many carbs which is what I am workign on at the moment - most of my calories come from carbs.
I think once I get the right balance it'll sort itself out.
Thanks
