WDY Eat - Sun?
ewh I added honey in the cream of wheat and a dollop of butter, about 1/2 a pat, and wow. that all came back up with a vengeance. so that was net loss today.
the 1/2 slice of cheese pizza went down okay. over all things are doing okay. I am dropping about 1/4 to 1/2 lb a day this week, so I am thinking that the 5 lb gain was water from dehydration. I am drinking more, less coffee, more water, and more loose leaf tea to get my fluids up.
today I even made me a smoothie at home to get some good stuff in.
Is anything not nailed down the answer you were looking for because it would be the truth? We went to a bbq and the food was fabulous, I sat by the veggie tray and went to town on it and then i had the meat and half an ear of corn. I am not sure what I had for breakfast or lunch though, I might not have eaten which could account for the fun'fest at the bbq! ANDI
