What did you eat - Friday
Oh, I've done sooooooooo much better today Each time I've wanted to put something in my mouth I have tried to drink!! Gotta love those instant skinny latte drinks (35 cals each) !! I've also managed to not drink with or after my meals which has helped too
B - cup of tea
L - 1/2 slice bread with 1/4 cup baked beans & 1oz cheese (actually had double the amout on my plate and couldn't eat it (woohoo!!)
S - 2 cookies (40 cals each)
D - 1oz rice with 1/2 cup chilli & 1oz cheese
I'm going to TRY and not put any more food in my mouth tonight - it may take a few more latte's, but at 35 cals each instead of the 100 or more that other snacks might be I feel ok about it.

Ruth, you beat yourself up too much! Cheese, grapes, and cucumber for a snack is NOT bad! Seriously, it was a good snack! Just think, you could have eaten a candy bar or cookies instead ... so you did great!
Today for me:
B-- 3/4 c. Special K Protein Plus cereal with 15 raisins (yes, I count them!) and skim milk
S-- sugar free hot cocoa
L-- MexiMelt from Taco Bell
S-- 1 slice whole wheat toast and 1 mini chocolate chip cookie that my son didn't eat! (eeks!)
D-- no clue ... today is pay day so I need to go grocery shopping.
S after gym-- banana with peanut butter
I'm trying to make sure I get all my water in each day because I had started falling behind on it. And drinking an occasional diet pepsi! YIKES! I don't need the diet pepsi ... so I am giving it up and going back to water and only water. I feel like I'm peeing all the time now!

I am wondering Ruth if you are getting enough food? Have you done calorie counts? I was told that I need at least 1000 per day to avoid starvation problems.
B Flax bar and nonfat latte
L fish sandwich and drip coffee with 1tbsp cream
S blueberries
D turkey meatballs (about 10) and several bites of pasta that it was baked in
S smart pop popcorn (instead of taking the kids for icecream)
