Weekly Weigh In
Hi all -
This was the first week in a long time that I wrote everything in FitDay, and I mean EVERYTHING. I also tried to return to the rules and watch the carbs (not very successfully compared to where they should be but MUCH better than they were a week ago).
Starting weight: 254
Lowest weight: 136
Last week's weight: 164.6
This week: 156.6
Week's weight loss: 8 pounds - YEY! Thank God! I know its almost all water but I don't care.
Goal for next week: 154 ibs (-2.6lbs), so I can regain membership into the Century Club.
