What did you eat - Thursday

OK, here goes - I'm going to be honest here and put myself out there. I'm eating way too much right now and all the wrong things, so doing this post honestly will hopefully help me gradually reign in my bad habits!! I know what I'm doing and eating wrong, and I know what I need to do to put it right, I've just gotta do it (easier said than done huh??) B - 1 slice bread with peanut butter, cup of hot tea L - 1 cup borlotti & cabbage soup, 1 slice bread, 1/2 cup latte coffee S - 1 pack chips S - 1 ice-cream S - handful of peanuts D - 1oz rice 1/2 cup chilli S - handful of peanuts S - 5!!!!!!!!!!!cookies S - 1 pack chips S - 1 fruit bar Lots of drinks inbetween. I have GOT to stop drinking while I am eating...(amongst other things ) How horrendous is that!! Most days aren't this bad, thank goodness!! Hoep you all had a better day than that!!! **sigh** I WISH I could get back to not snacking and eat like I did first out - will power---what is that again? I'm not hungry, I just keep putting stuff in my mouth aghhhhhhh

Ruth... You eat just like me!! not........ Today I tried alittle harder NOT to snack,but its NOT working!!! b- sugar free oatmeal w/milk a mug of coffee s-a yoplait light yogurt drink l- watermelon salad w/ chicken,bacon bits ff ranch s-potien ball s-cheez-its reduced fat.... s-handful of potato chips s-sf fudgesicle Now its going on 7 and I REALLY need to find some supper stuff instead of a handful of this and that!! I have been snacking so much lately!! !!! I can eat whole sandwiches now.....before it was half... Then I wonder WHY I can't lose any weight!!

Hi Ruth! Here is my day, so far: B-- 3/4 cup Special K Protein Plus cereal with 15 raisins and skim milk S-- string cheese L-- leftover lasagna made with ground turkey and whole wheat noodles, 1/2 slice zucchini bread S-- 100 calorie pack and 2 protein balls D-- bacon wrapped chicken and acorn squash S-- not sure yet ... I get the night time munchies BAD! And I have a "buy one get one free" Blizzard coupon that is calling me! AAGGHHHHH! I have been grazing lately so today I really tried to make planned snacks and meals. So far so good but I'm really wanting something BAD! Deanna

My day so far (it is only 5:30PM) B a cup of custard (made with skim milk and splenda) 16oz latte skim milk L 6 ww crackers with 6 oysters S 10 crackers with cream cheese D about 1 cup of beef stew S tonight will be popcorn (smart pop) Hopeful I wont get bored and graze my kitchen bare...

Thanks for doing this Ruth. If I had done this yesterday, it would have looked like your posting, so you are not alone (yesterday was really bad, which is why I did the posting asking to do this again). Today (so far...) B: LaTortilla Factory wrap with 2 TBS peanut butter; 8 grapes S: Atkins Almond Brownie Bar L: South Beach Diet Meal Replacement Bar S1: Coffee with 1/2 c. choc soy milk and 1 scoop choc unjury S2: 1 oz cheese D: Fresh mozzarella balls with tomatoes, basil, olive oil, basalmic vinegar Oh, and about 4 liters of diet pepsi (1/2 caffeine free, 1/2 with caffeine) I'm sure I'll eat more - I tend to want to eat more at night. I'm holding a bag of Reese's Pieces in my hand right now and am tempted to eat it, but I've done well today and I'm writing this all out so I'm feeling a bit accountable. You're welcome! As you can see, I need it too!! And seeing as I reach the end of my day first I'll try to post it each day, but if I forget, please cna someone go ahead and do it - I'll then catch up & join the thread later. You wait everyone, we'll see a difference in no time and that weight will begin to drop again (if that's what we are looking for)
