It's Wednesday, so it's tme for our PMA's (Positive Mental hmmm, can't remember what it all stands for - I'll have to ask Andi - these were her idea originally!! I think it's Attitude) ANyway, what we do is list positive things we have done recently, or other postive stuff in your life. SOmetimes I find this REALLY hard and dont' post because life just feels totally crappy, but it really does help if you can think of at least one positive thing in your life - more if you are able Here's mine: 1. I have been much more calm and peaceful with my daughter and husband and haven't been shouting at them like a banshee the last couple of days 2. I have started decorating the bathroom that I have been putting off for the past year 3. I have started painting my nails!! 4. I cleaned the kitchen 5. I sent cards to a couple of people that 'd been putting off doing - and realised that I need to give love out without expecting anything back 6. I have not let the scales dictate my emotions

I find them hard to find most of the time as well...especially when people around me think I have a fairy tale life (which is very far from the truth)(life most of the time feels totally crappy for me too) . but I will try! lets see....... 1. I am trying to be proud of myself (even if I'm alone in this) 2. I have started to declutter and go through all my junk!

Hey all.. this one can be tough but I am gonna sit her and try. 1. Bob has had a couple good days in a row and I have finally gotten Jo to understand better ways of handling him and his behavior. 2. Lalo played in his first scrimmage in football. after not tackling and running from the other boys, he finally got it and started playing. that made me happy 3. I finished the video of sign language I have been making. It has been frustrating me so much I have wanted to throw it across the room, but now I can sit back and know it's done. 4. I am slowly catching up on all the work I have and that is reducing a lot of my tension. thats enough.. my head if tired now of thinging of things..lol...

Hi all - This is hard for me as well, as I'm going through a rough time right now, but this exercise will help me feel better. 1) I went out yesterday and bought a couple of clothes (1 pair of jeans and 1 pair of cropped casual pants) that I can actually wear with my weight gain. I had been avoiding going into the outlet store and trying on clothes and finding out what size I am now at. 2) I am currently reorganizing the furniture in my studio apartment and decluttering since my sister is visiting me this weekend 3) For the last several days, I have restarted entering everything I eat into fitday. 4) Instead of driving, yesterday I walked to the pharmacy and back.
