I'm back!!!

Hello everyone! I was out on vacation for over a week and I'm back home now! Thank you to everyone who sent me messages ... it was great to see them when I got home! We went with my inlaws to a cabin in the woods up at Wallowa Lake. This trip was VERY inspiring to me because we made the exact same trip 2 years ago when I was over 300 pounds. Everyone wanted to go horse back riding and I couldn't because I exceeded the weight limit for the horses. So this time I marched right down to the horse barns and went for a ride! It was glorious! Then we also went go-kart racing which I have never done before! Every day that we were there I got up early and went hiking and one day I even went trail running by myself! It was fun and invigorating but the high altitute made it a challenge! One of the locals said he saw me running on the trails and was very impressed that I took up that challenge! Made me feel good! It was a very inspirational trip for me to see how far I've come in 2 years. It made me grateful for all that I've been through to get to this point and it made me realize that food isn't important to me anymore. I watched people gorge themselves this week and I was glad that I don't do that anymore. I had my fair share of junk food on this trip but only small amounts and I was totally in control. It made me happy to know I can control myself and I felt proud of myself. It was a good trip, both physically and emotionally! I'm going to post some pictures on my profile of my trip. It was so much fun but I'm really glad to be back home and back to my normal routine! Deanna

WOW!!!!!!!!!! what fun you had... and boy do I know what it's like NOT! to be rejected for the horseback ridding...LOL Glad your back and even more glad you had such fun!

Felt like you were gone for an eternity to me girl... next time I go with you... heheheh... I know you had a wonderful time and i am so happy for you that you life is just so wonderful and full of new adventures for you.. You inspire me everyday and have missed you since you've been gone... so come on work out buddy.. let**** it.. well ok.. you can have a couple days to recooperate some.. than its back to work for you... congrats my friend on your fun trip... hugs carla
