Hi Andi,
Guess I can say I'm not doing awhole LOT of anything for exercising.... So when I heard how they do it there...thought maybe it would be a start! (should've started along time ago)!! I knew that gyms would be way too much money and I've just been doing some exercising on my own...But need to try harder. But thanks,I did think about just a month of free trial of something in that line..don't want to sign some big contract or anything!

and I would say NO to curves, it is too repetitive and you loose the benefits after you body gets used to the same routine over and over again, that's why personal trainers change things up all the time... they want to keep your body working off the fat.
I agree.. i belonged to curves and it is so repetive it doesnt grow with you like a gym does. the other thing is you have to start augmenting what you are doing just to make keep you at a higher heart beat. Its a waste of time if you ask me.. i left and I have been much happier with a gym. they have all kinds of classes and the weights that grow with you.
As for weight.. I lost all that I gained and I am down one more pound to boot.. good week for me.

I've meandered my way down to territory I didn't think I'd see. The surgeon's office was happy with me at 200, so I guess I've gone beyond goal at this point. Feels good.
Hi all -
I've been having a rough summer with medication issues, which has made it impossible to exercise, difficult to work, and difficult to say no to bad foods (disinhibition). In April I weighed 140ibs and had been at that weight for about 2 months (it was my goal weight).
But now:
Today's weigh in: 165
I've been postponing my 1 year surgeons visit because I'm ashamed that I have already regained. Its been a very difficult summer. My smaller clothes no longer fit, so I've had to go through my Goodwill pile to find clothes that fit. I'm really struggling and feeling awful.
