So Joe, you're packing a gun? Hee, hee! How was church service? Is it a large or small congregation? How's the new house? Deanna

Hi Joe I agree, we need to get things moving on the board again. I think we've had some people drop out I guess as people lose weight they get more active and get out and about more, with no time to get on board so much now. Anyway, what takes you to Montana? What kind of church do you go to?

I ran another 5K run on Saturday morning! Luckily the weather was still fairly cool in the morning but the sun was in my face the entire time and that was a nuisance! But I finished in 33 minutes without stopping! Afterwards, they were giving out free samples of Jamba Juice and gift cards with unknown amounts on them anywhere from $1-50. I got a $50 one! I also won a 3-pack of running socks. It was a fun day!!! Yesterday we sat around and watched movies all day. That was fun and relaxing! Today I need to get back to the gym because I signed up for a 10K (6.2 miles) on September 9th. I have NEVER run that far before and now I'm thinking I was nuts for signing up for it. But I'm determined to give it a try. I can do it! Deanna

Now Deanna, you know you thought you were nuts for signing up for 3k then 5k and each time you were amazing!! And I know you have the drive to train as you know you need to and that you will achieve what you set your heart to You really are an inspiration to me

My daughter and I have just got back from staying with my eldest sister and her 18 year old for the weekend - very exhausted as we stayed up til 2am chatting and re-connecting. Had a lovely time, although a bit sad as my Dad didn't want to see us - he lives close by to her so we were going to pop in a see him too.
