Weekly Weigh In
Well I didn't want to admit this - you'll see why when you keep reading, but oh well, here goes---
Last week - 169
This Week - 171!!!!!!!!!!!! Aggghhhhhhhhhhhh
How did that happen??? This week I've finally been taming the carb snack monster that I'd become. I can only think that previous weeks have caught up with me I can't even blame muscle from exercise as I only did that last night!!!
Back to basics for me, I really want to get to 164 (same as hubbie).
On a positive note, my body has been getting smaller - my clothes are much loser and I can fit into things I couldn't before

This week- 126
I have been playing with these same pounds since April. I guess my body is where it wants to be, but I so wanted to meet my DR's goal 120. But everyone says I have lost enough and I don't want to look sickly so the closer I can stay to 125 so that I have a few pounds to play with I will just smile & be happy!!
You will get there Ruth!! Keep up the exercise as you increase muscle it will up your metabolism!! and push you right on past your hubbie! I also have been getting smaller as my clothes are looser but no weight loss since April. Just up and down playing with the same few pounds
