I'm back
Hello everyone,
I have been gone for awhile now back from my very long 2 week vacation. A word to the wise don't take a Carnival Curise is you have no children because they were everywhere. My daughter enjoyed herself but I had a few problems while relaxing in the pool little children jump no me. This was all happening while there parents watched. But it was a nice getaway but I think I will try a different cruise line the next time I go. Mexico was a sad place to me it was the first time I had been out of the country.
On a happy note I didn't gain any weight while on vacation and it looks like I lost a couple of pounds so I was happy about that too. Well I hope everyone is doing well as we move on the that magic 18 month window. Keep up the good work and success will be knocking at your door.
80 pounds to goal and a total loss of 175.

Hey Lorraine
Good to have you back - I know what you mean about children, when you go on holiday. We went camping and had a baby crying in the next tent during the night. Now while I felt sorry for the parents, I missed my sleep!!
Anyway, good for you for losing weight. I've heard about those cruises - food everywhere. So what else did you get up to?
The 18 month window --- is that when we are supposed to stop losing or something??? I was reading a profile yesterday by someone who is 6 years out - she maintains that the tool keeps working whether you are 1 year out or 10 years out - the principles and rules stay the same I sure hope so.
The good part was that the food wasn't all that good so didn't eat very much. I took a tour in Mexico saw some of the sites it was nice & hot.
I feel the same way about the 18 month window. I believe you can keep on losing weight no matter how far out you are it is up to you. I am going to lose 80 more pounds it might take me another year or even longer but it will come of it I keep working on it. No worries
