Weekly weigh in
Well all it's friday so lets see how we are all doing. I am up a pound this week. It's getting close to that time of the month and I am working on learning how to maintaince now.. so we will see how that goes.

Congrats on all your successes.. you all are doing great.
two things that I learned this summer. it is easy to pack it back on, and it is easy to try on clothes the next size up rather than lay off the food.
but I am resolved, drop back down, fit into the clothes that I was in 2 months ago and keep the feed bag back down to a reasonable level.
today I had a protein bar (180 calories) and a mug of coffee with equal and wait until lunch for next installment.
5 lbs to go to get back down to my new goal weight of 145.
Well, I am not sure how much I am from last week to this week, but I can truthfully say I am up 4lbs from my all time low- I only had 4 lbs to goal and due to a very stressful summer now I am 8lbs from goal so here goes:
all time low 124 lbs
weight as of this am- 128lbs
revised total loss 100lbs
Just no end in sight to this attack the devil has on our family so I am hoping I can hang on to my centry card!
