P - positive M - mental A - attitude It's another way of saying tell me the good things that are going on in your life: 1. I started a new job that I like. I've got an office and a phone and I hope the computer will come in a week or two. I've got an important meeting on Monday with my volunteers and I want that to go very very well! 2. I have added an additional dance class to my week and I really love to dance 3. I started trying on formal wear for my sons bar mitzvah, I don't need anything formal but go**** was fun to try it on and the store had sizes that really fit me, that was terribly exciting. 4. We started a walking program at work and I have a pedometer and I'm trying to take the long ways and the stairs more and that's helping me! So, what are your pma's? Hugs, ANDI

Naomi is high functioning autistic, but she lives in Washington State with her biological father. I visit with her 8 - 10 weeks each year. as for tan, hahaha it has been 110+F outside, I stay in as much as possible until it cools down to below 100. this week I am in Montana visiting with my parents and my other other daughter. (I have three, I have one in Washington, one in Montana and one in Texas. the one from Texas is actually up with me with the grand son, so we are making the rounds. showing him off.

Good to see you again Kat - it's been a while. How is your visit with your daughter going? Well I hope Sounds like you are getting in lots of rest time, which you need before your busy season leading up to the Christmas holidays I would think. Is the book proving helpful and inspirational for selling?

I had an engagement session this week and a baby session tomorrow. I am so rusty and out of practice. ;) as for rest, nope, no rest for the wicked, but I am doing OTHER things that are good to. diversity is good. spending time with the family instead of being on the computer 24/7 as for sales, I am so not motivated. ;)

I like doing these 1. My husband & I put up our tent without ending up arguing 2. I was able to run back to the coffee store where I'd left my purse and I wasn't a bit out of breath 3. I have overcome for today the carb snack monster and have made good choices food wise for my meals. 4. I have stopped stressing about work and finally relaxed 5. I have made time for myself and been reading

I've just read the latest Harry Potter, and then No I do not want to join a book club, which was a very funny read of a woman reaching the age of 60 and her thoughts on it, and have just started reading a fiction book about co-joined twins which is very engaging and thought provoking. I can't think of the title right now and am too lazy to go upstairs and have a look When I get the time (ie when I was single!!) I am an avid reader. I can read all night if I let myself What is Water for the Elephants about - fiction? I'm not very good at reading non fiction - I get bored easily.
