I know it's been all over every board a milion times but I'm too lazy to search. Could someone share the PLeatu Buster diet here with me? I'd like to start today. Thanks!

Hi Kelly, good to see you. I've been wondering how you are doing. How is the recovery from PS going?

I am doing just fine thanks. Had some nasty little sutures that didn't want to dissolve so as normal my body is spitting them out. LOL Nasty little abscesses that are tender and annoying. They are just about done now though thank goodness. Sorry I have not been around much....been very very busy with my new position as President of my Auxiliary. Lots to do. Kel

euwww, sounds painful. Glad to hear you are on the mend now though. Mindyou I bet they are getting itchy now they are healing aren't they!! Are you enjoying being President? Isn't it great the way we are all so much more active now we have lost weight.

They are painful until the skin breaks and the non dissolved sutures come out but its bearable. I love being President...keeps me very busy. I just got back on Saturday from the State Convention in Niagara Falls. Also busy with functions to raise money for our Veterans. It definitely doesn't leave me any idle time thats for sure. The rest of the summer is busy with functions then our meetings for the Unit start up again in the Fall. I wanted to get back out into society and I have done it in a big way...it's a little overwhelming sometimes but in a good way. I am still losing weight...down to 159 this morning and now I am normal...no longer overweight. I love this journey. Kel

There are 8 oz in 1 cup so I am assuming it is just shy of 1/2 c as that is 4 oz.

ok, that's what i was thinking as well but i spent some serious time second guessing myself! It's so funny, I am doing great during the day, but when i get home until around 7:00pm it's like all heck's breaking loose! I tried a protein shake i tried making dinner at 4:30pm (although this worked for my son very well) i was an eating machine! I'll have to make a salad or something and leave it wtih protein on it on the front shelf of the fridge! ANDI

Hey Andi, I tend to eat more in the evening also....but I do not eat much during the day either. What I usually do is have my protein shake in the morning....then I will eat something with protein in the mid afternoon. Then I have dinner but I break it up into two meals....I always have a snack size bag of Orville Redenbacher Popcorn in late evening it tends to stop that need for snacking. Hope this helps. Kel
