Same old same old>>>>>191.6>did walk a mile yesterday at the track,am going to start doing that 3-4 times a week (should have been doing that all along!!!) Hope that will help....was at 189.6 for one day this week....this really sucks,think my body is giving up and sticking at this weight.....I mean......come on....since the first of the year????? 199 since the holidays???Only dropped to 191in 7 months??????? I'm a failure!!.......

How much did you weigh when you got the surgery? I swear, when I read this post, I thought I may have written it myself. I started at 275. Weighed just about 200 at holiday time.Today I weighed in at 188. I keep bouncing from 190 to 188. This has been going on for about 2 1/2 months. I wish you good luck. I am thinking of maybe going on liquids for just a couple of days to get a kick start, with much protein of course. I keep telling myself that I am doing ok because I have not really gained. But it sure would be nice to lose some more, lets say, about 40 lbs. more. Paula
