Good News
Well it is good news event though it's still a bit of a problem.. apparently there is this thing called "Slimmers Paralysis." Thats whats wrong with my legs. The doc says that when you loose a whole bunch of weight really fast you loose nutrishment and stuff in your nerves.. than you cross your legs or work out with heavy weights.. you get the numbness I have. So I have to stop crossing my legs.. no heavy weigth on my legs and time.. allow my nutrietion to stabilize and the feeling will come back..
So what does that all mean.. I dont have MS.. I dont have a reaction to the remicade so I can get my treatment back and as long as I keep up the vitamins and maybe see about a vitamin b12 shot or two I could be back to normal in a couple of months.. I still need to be careful cause I can hurt myself but I am cleared to go back to the gym at least after my ankle heals from the sprang which i see my pcp for that tommorrow for.
So this is something common in ppl who loose a lot of weight quickly.. very interesting.. never heard of it and it was right there on the internet as well.. so I feel better knowing that it isnt something to serious that will go away in time...
yeah....
exactly... it went from tingling to like the skin.. not the leg is numb.. feels like I have a cloth on my leg when I touch them. Mine went beyond the tingling thing. It is the part of my leg on the calf outter side.. not the back and a bit of the front.. through to the ankle and in some cases goes to the toes.. it doesnt hurt.. it is just bothersome. Apparently it is very common for ppl who have wls.. loose all their weight fast and do a lot of exercising and stuff.. hmmm.. sound like anyone you know. than I am the master of leg crossing.. yes... that is not good either.. it pinches the nerve along your leg and messes up the nerve.

check out this web site... it is very interesting... I guess it goes away eventually but the body just needs to catch up with our weight loss and exercising stuff..
