Plateau Buster Day 5

Hello again, Well it's been an interesting week but it is getting better. I have lost a total of 4 pounds in the first 4 days of the diet which means it really works. Remember to stay focused even if the scale isn't moving fast it will move. Ok so today for me is day five at my job they are having a potluck so I am not sure how that is going to fare. I purchased some roast beef and pepper cheese just in case there isn't anything for me to eat. I also have been drinking a lot of water and I exercised last night for 2 hours. I think I over did it a little so I will be taking it easy today and only work out for one hour, my knee is hurting just a little. Remeber to listen to your body I didn't because I was wrapped up in this book I was reading. I will try to post on the weekend but I have so much to do getting ready to go to Mexico on the 23 rd. Ok so here is what I am planning on eating today. Breakfast protien drink coffee and water Snack Protien Drink Lunch roast beef and pepper jack cheese Snack Chicken Breast snack roast beef and pepper jack cheese Dinner Tuna Snack Chicken and jello Keep up the good work Trish and I have notice that I get full really quick and I am feeling more in control.
