Hello everyone, Ok this has not been easy but I am trying to stick to the plan. I have had to add some veggies into this so I can stay regular(problems with to much cheese I guess) I am doing better today. I do drink a lot of water about 64 to 84 oz per day plus crystal light about 24 oz and one cup of coffee. The first day I saw a loss and I haven't seen another loss as of yet but it takes time for the body to get the idea its ok to let go. Trish you rock with 4 pounds loss on the first day exercise helps a lot. I am exercising for atleast 1 1/2 hours 6 to 7 days per week. Ok I am going to play with what I am eating to day just to see if I can shake things up a bit. So here is the menu by the way I forgot to eat the oysters yesterday . Breakfast Protien shake Snack 1 boiled egg and string cheese lunch Protien shake Snack Turkey cheese Snack Tuna 3 oz dinner 3 oz chicken breast and salad 1/2 cup only Snack boiled egg Ok that looks like I got everything in I know salad isn't on the menu but I will watch the dressing maybe only dip if needed. Remember to drink all of your water. Lorraine

This is getting a little easier and I have noticed that I am starting to get full quicker...yay!!! I forgot my lunch today so I had to wing it but I think I did ok... Here is the plan: B: Coffee / Protein shake S: 1 protein ball (1 oz) L: 3 oz chicken breast / 1 street taco (oops!) S: Cottage cheese (3 oz) D: Fish (3 oz) / Beans (3 oz) - I am hungrier in the pm obviously LNS: Protein shake I have 3 oz of protein left to eat for the day...may add it in if needed. Cal: 1006 Carb: 38 Fat: 25 Protein: 144 Scale down another 1/2lb...so it's working. Will also exercise tonight with my trainer. Wow Lorraine, you exercise alot...keep up the good work! I just increased from 3xper week to 5xper week and it's killing me!! Trish

You go girl you are kickin butt!!!!!!!!!! I have notice I get more hungry at night so I am going to save one of those protiens for my night time snack. I know what you mean about feeling full it has been happening to me too. My scale hasn't moved again yet but I am hoping in the morning I will have a surprise. Have you been going to the bathroom a lot?? I have been going all day and all night. Talk to ya tomorrow. Lorraine

Yes, my bathroom time has increased...I am drinking way more liquids so it makes sense. Thanks for the support...keep up the good work!
