Hi Lorraine! You're doing so good! You could make a hamburger patty with cheese on top for dinner. I do that sometimes! I'm hanging in there ... not doing the plateau busters diet but I am planning my menu for the day and I stuck with it the last two days. And I'm off to a good start today too! I'm trying so hard not to eat a lot of junk that I had been doing recently. Old habits are hard to break! Keep up the great work! You're doing awesome! Deanna

Hi back at you Deanna, Its hard to break old habits but if we make new ones then it becomes a way of life. Its kinda like if you work out for 30 days it becomes a part of your life, thats how this is for me. Keep up the good work on following your plan of eating. I think will try a your idea for dinner. Made it through Day 1...it was not easy though...was not really hungry just not "satisfied" with my food choices...but the scale was 4lbs lighter so it along with the increased workouts are working. Here is my plan for Day 2: B: coffee / protein shake S: string cheese L: turkey, egg, cheese S: yogurt D: swordfish/beans S: protein shake Cal: 839 Carb: 33 Fat: 21 Protein: 123 Only 8lbs to go!!!!!! We can do it!

Lorraine, You are doing great!! I've been watching what you have been eating everyday....do you drink allot of water before all your meals? Do you make your protein shakes or do you buy them? I think I can try this by watching what your meal plans are! Do you or can you eat salads? Does everything you eat have to be on the buster list>>???? Do you feel full?? Karen

Hi Karen, I have had to switch something around but pretty much I try to stick to whats on the list. The only thing that I added one day was a plum and some salad light dressing. I know its not on the list but it has helped me stay regular. I have a problem with to much protien at times. Just try to do it as close as you can. Talk to ya soon. Lorraine
