Plateau Buster Day two
Hey everyone,
Well day one is over and I am proud to report I am down 2 pounds which makes me 285 which means I have lost a total of 170 pounds. Ok so this really works. Please let me know how you are doing Trish so we can keep eachother motivated. Ok so hear is what I will be doing today.
8 am Breakfast
Protien Shake
10 am Snack
Turkey breast and cheese
12 noon Lunch
Turkey breast and cheese
2 pm Snack
4 pm Protien ????
7 pm Protien Shake
Not sure how I am going to get everything in without eating all day long but I will figure it out. Maybe I will increase the oz per meal from 3 to 4 and cut it back to only 4 times per day.

Hi there,
My first day of this is 1/2 over and it's going ok...I even went to lunch with a friend and only ate what I brought...Yay for me! Here is my plan:
7:30: Protein Shake / coffee
10:30: 3 oz cottage cheese
12:00: 2 oz roast beef lunch meat/ 1 oz cheese
1:30: Protein shake
3:30: 1 oz light string cheese / 2 oz yogurt
7:00: 3 oz of swordfish
8:30: 3 oz of ff refried beans sprinkled with cheese
May throw another protein shake in the evening depending on how I feel.
