Plateau buster Day one
Hi everyone,
Well today is my first day its going pretty well i have planned all of my meals and protien drinks and drinking my water. This what I will be eating today.
Breakfast
1- protien shake
snack
1 1/2 oz of turkey breast
1 1/2 oz of cheese
Lunch
1 protien shake
Snack
3 oz of turkey breast
Dinner
3 oz of fish
Snack
3 oz of fish
Oh don't forge****er and crystal light.

I don't know if you saw it but I am gonna jump on board and start tomorrow!!!! We can do this together! I have been stuck at this weight for a couple of months and even put on a few. I am frustrated too!!!!
Hey question? Looking at your meal plan aren't you cheating yourself out of 3 oz of food? Looks like you did 4 servings, aren't we allowed 5?

I did GOOD today without deviating from my meal plan. I had my alloted meals and snacks and nothing else so far. That makes me feel good! I calculated all my calories for today and I'm on track so that makes me proud!

Hey Deanna,
I did pretty good the only thing that I had that was not on the menu was a salad at night. The rest of the day was full of wonderful protien protien protien. I also worked out for 1 hour and 40 min. breakdown was 35 elliptical 35 treadmill 31 bike. Day one is done on to day two.

My thoughts are that planning is the key. That way, when we feel like grabbing something that we shouldn't, there should be something else available for us to grab that we have pre planned, and that thought is already in our subconcious.
