Total Loss ~ 93
Next Goal ~ 7 to go til have lost 100 pounds & join the century club.
I did lose 3 pounds from being sick, but as soon as I began to eat (even small amounts!) I gained back 2 of those pounds. Oh well, at least I still lost a pound so I'm not grouching this week

BTW, do we all want to keep doing this weekly, or shall we go to monthly? I find for me, it helps me to keep a check weekly, but wondered if I was boring the rest of you!
Plus I think it's a good opportunity to brag or commiserate together

Lost 2 pounds and I have now hit the next goal in my journey... dont think I want to loose anymore now.. My BMI is 20.. my fat content is 20.. Dont think I have anywhere else to get the weight from. So today I am so happy...
