Hi Guys Last Week ~ 173 This Week ~ 172 Total Loss ~ 93 Next Goal ~ 7 to go til have lost 100 pounds & join the century club. I did lose 3 pounds from being sick, but as soon as I began to eat (even small amounts!) I gained back 2 of those pounds. Oh well, at least I still lost a pound so I'm not grouching this week Hope you all had a good week BTW, do we all want to keep doing this weekly, or shall we go to monthly? I find for me, it helps me to keep a check weekly, but wondered if I was boring the rest of you! Plus I think it's a good opportunity to brag or commiserate together

I like weekly, I'm not trying to loose as much as before ... but reporting where I am keeps me in check...LOL anyway Last week 148 this week 146 lost 2 lbs for a total of 137 lost

Weeky keeps me in check.. i look forward to this post every friday. Last week 127 Ths week 125 Lost 2 pounds and I have now hit the next goal in my journey... dont think I want to loose anymore now.. My BMI is 20.. my fat content is 20.. Dont think I have anywhere else to get the weight from. So today I am so happy... Total loss 139 pounds... can you believe it 264/125/135 Congrats guys on all your sucesses...

The scale finally moved again! Last Week- 137 This Week- 135 Goal-130 Total Loss---140 pounds I am at a NORMAL weight for my height finally!!!!!!!!!!

I seriously considered buying a scale this week, but I stood firm. no weighing no measuring, just eating healthy and staying hydrated.
