Weekly Weigh In
Confession time. Two weeks ago I weighed in at 286 then went to Las Vegas. Las Vegas is a hard place to get all of your protien and water in so of course I wasn't a happy camper when I got home. I got the scale this past monday and wanted to cry it was at 292 I was so upset but got right back on track and this morning I was down to 287 so I am up one pound. I really think it was the heat but I really don't care as long as it off now and just one more pound to be back were I was. Thanks for listening.

my dr goal was 138 i dont no why i have lost to what i weigh now im not trying to lose it my dr told me to break all the rules and eat what ever and drink with my meals that was a month ago and it ant stoppen my weight lose he told me to come back if i get under 100 pounds

I am stuck at 137. Hoping to get to 130 eventually. I, too am having the week before 'friend' visits hunger. But I usually lose a pound or two during that week. So, maybe next week I can post that I have lost.

Total Loss 138 pounds I have lost more than I weigh and I am only 1 pound from being at a normal weight for my height. I have surpassed my surgeon's goal weight for me which was 75% of my excess weight lost, 163 pounds. So I am considered a successful surgery patient. That is all I really need.

for those that gained in the motel room.. I am going to be in a motel room for the next 6 weeks, on vacation. I plan to keep a case of bottled water from the store there and to keep my meals simple, they have a fridge and a microwave so I will stick to the plan.
I bought some shoes last night, and plan to do a lot of walking. good plan
for that are way way below goal. I found that drinking with my meals just makes me sick, didnt help with stopping the loss. what I did find that helped was nibbling on nuts, they are high fat but a good fat. and adding in the protein shakes between meals, waiting about 2 hours after eating, thus adding in three shakes a day, three adding in about 750 calories a day.
I also added in many more carbs definately put the halt to the loss.
