Well its hump day.. how are we doing on staying on track. I am heading out for my little vacation trip to the high sierras for some camping and fishing so I will be gone through monday. Deanna it's up to you to keep the on track board running. I'll have my laptop with me but dont know if I will get on or if service is available up in the mountains. At least I'm here for one more day to push and motivate you all to stay one track so lets do it. Vitamins- done Fluids- I gotta work on this big time Food- B- protein shake S- protein bar L- chicken S- protein balls D- not sure.. packing for the trip S- ice cream.. Exercise- just all the running around I am gonna be doing Goal- to get it all done and remember to eat all my meals.. yesterday I kept forgeting and was way low on calories for the day.

Carla, you're going to have so much fun on vacation! Don't worry about us ... we'll still be here! You should leave your laptop at home and take a REAL vacation!!! Food: B--1 scrambled egg, 1/2 slice whole wheat toast, 4 strawberries S after gym--banana with peanut butter L--1/2 ham and cheese on whole wheat, 15 grapes, 1/2 serving Sun Chips S--South Beach high protein cereal bar D--Hawaiian Baked Chicken, 1/2 slice banana bread S--South Beach cookie pack and sugar free pudding cup Calories: 1290 Exercise: Going to Kick-boxing class this morning. Then will go back this evening and do 1 hour of strength training mixed with running stairs to keep my heart rate up. Deanna

the laptop has to go.. we have pics we take and download.. and yes.. grandma wants them asap.. so we mail them at night to the family so they get to share in the vacations.. it's also really nice for the realitives to get them and she loves hearing how we are doing..Kind of makes her feel like shes on the trip with us. It also gives all of us a chance to sit around and talk about our day, what we did, how we felt and have a good laugh at some of the photos we come up with.

Not yet.. I have doubled my vitamin b.. taking methaltrexate steals vitamin b and it seems some of my symptoms could be related to vitamin b problems even though my labs were ok in Jan. I heard that folic acid can make a bad vit. b count and since I take that for the methaltraxate i think it could be the problem.. I will be seeing the nerologist soon I hope. At least it's not any worse.. Thanks for asking =-).

Well today has been slightly better than others - I've only eaten half the crap I have been putting away lately No seriously, it has been better, but could still be alot better. But at least I'm getting it under control in some measure. Still haven't made the protein balls - I've got all the ingredients that i went out and bought, but haven't got around to making them Once I do I will have a healthy something to snack on. I've only got 9 pounds til I'm normal bmi and not overweight....this is very furstrating, but I only have myself to take to task.

so if u got the stuff get up and go make your protein balls.. they really are pretty good.. you will be surprised. you are doing so great... it will come... Just have faith in yourself.. and take control... u can do it.. have a great week girl.
