Here is the one I saved off the main board a few months ago... I haven't tried it because right after I saved it I started losing again! lol It's so frustrating to be stuck, I hope it works for you!!!
This is the original Plateau Diet:
# 1 Do this for 10 days
# 2 Drink at least 2 Quarts of water per day
# 3 You must have 45 grams of proteins, protein supplements, and all your vitamins/mineral supplements each day
# 4 You may consume up to 3 oz (not by weight but by measuring cup) of the following high protein foods 5xs a day:
Beef
Pork
Chicken
Turkey
Lamb
Fish
Eggs
Low Fat Cheese/Cream Cheese
Low Fat Cottage Cheese
Plan yogurt or artificially sweetened yogurt
Low Fat Peanut Butter
Beans/Legumes
You may also have the following on a limited basis during the 10 days:
Sugar Free Popsicles
Tea or Coffee artificially sweetened
Sugar Free Jello
Broths/Boullion soups
Crystal Light Drinks
